Dewey Boulevard hari ng Bagatsing Classique

Dalawang major races ang sinungkit ni Class A rider Jonathan Basco Hernandez noong Linggo sa selebrasyon ng 8th Ramon Bagatsing Centennial Classique sa San Lazaro Leisure Park sa Carmona, Cavite.

Unang nirendahan ni reigning Philippine Sportswriters Association Jockey-of-the Year awardee Hernandez si three-year-old colt Dewey Boulevard sa Centennial Classique.

“I scored wins only later in the day. My competitors were very good early on,” wika ni Hernandez na may mga sinakyan pang pito pero bigo sa laban.

“It was a success. There were long-shot winners and there were sure winners. There were favorites and there were underdogs in the lineup. We are grateful for the support of the racing public,” ani Bagatsing.
